Real-time incident updates directly in the pawaPay Dashboard allowing you to see relevant information about active MNO incidents, plus scheduled and ongoing maintenance affecting your account. This ensures that crucial updates are always visible without disrupting your workflow.
The MNO incident menu in the pawaPay Dashboard is integrated with our comprehensive live Status page, which provides up-to-date information on any degraded performance, downtime, or maintenance across all MNOs available on the pawaPay platform, as well any issues with the pawaPay API.
Now, instead of navigating away to check the Status page, you can access incident updates right where you manage your mobile money operations — the pawaPay Dashboard.
The MNO incident button color will change depending on the status of your integrated MNOs:
